My cheesemakers craft this cheese from whole milk, mash it with salt, and make it immediately ready for consumption. Every cheese our cheesemakers prepare is unique because, along with their skill, passion, and crafting technique, we use exclusively farm milk sourced literally within 30 kilometers of our creamery.
